First of all Happy Mother's Day!
Today is a day to celebrate God's greatest creation. Mothers....What would the world do without them? I know what I would do...Roll up into a little ball and be completely miserable! My mom has done so much for me, so much it boggles my mind. She has helped me stay true to my faith, to love God with all my heart and mind and soul. I love her more than anything in the world! =)
Thank you God for creating this beautiful person and making her my mother! As you love your mother, I love mine and I thank you for her with all my heart!
Today I made her breakfast and dinner with a little help from my siblings. We cleaned out the chicken coop today as well! Haha, I'm sure you're thinking "Oh...Well why would you make your mom do that?" It was actually rather peaceful. The sun just managed to peak out from these suffocating rain clouds and we cleaned in nice warm sunshine. =)
That was only part of my day though.
Here is something exciting...My Parishes prayers have been answered. This July our current priest will be leaving! Now that his 3 years are up, we are being sent a new priest. I can't believe this and yet I knew god would provide for us. =) We looked up this new priest who will be coming in July and he seems like the kind of priest we need very badly! At the church he is at now it has a school and he plays basketball and football and has a minor in education, meaning I am sure he will be will to let us start a Youth Group again! My vision I had, the one I planned out on paper and wrote out all this on even more paper...It could possibly come true! Ohh I am praying so hard that this priest is what we've been looking for.
I have to go now...It's rather late and my excitement got a hold of me!...And I have school in the morning, haha!
